Payment Options
All orders must be paid for prior to shipment.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American
Express Cards for your convenience. We also
except cashiers checks, certified checks,
personal & business checks, however personal &
business checks will be held for 10 business
days for the check to clear. Please note. If using PayPal as your choise of payment for phone orders or online orders, we will only ship to a confirmed address. Trackside Communications reserves the right to cancel any order at our descretion. Prices are subject
to change without notice.
Price Changes, Typos & Omissions
At
Trackside Communications we strive to provide
the most complete and accurate information on
all products. However, occasionally typos &
price mistakes are made . We cannot be held
responsible for price changes, typos or
omissions. We reserve the right to substitute
products due to product availability and cost
value.
State Sales Tax
All orders shipped to the state of Illinois will
have State & Local sales taxes applied.
Shipping & Handling
All orders will be shipped via FedEx or UPS
ground. Shipping and insurance charges will be
added to all orders. Rush orders, 3 day, 2 day
and next day orders are also available, the
appropriate charges will be added to your order.
The minimum shipping charge is $10.00 per order. All shipping chargers are for shipments to the 48 continental United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and other countries are also available at an additional charge. Please contact our office for the appropriate charges prior to placing your order. Two way radios ARE NOT available for over seas orders.

Repairs and Service
Service after the sale is what sets us apart
from our competition! At Trackside we not only
service our systems & components. We service all
brands of radios, headsets and radio systems. We
DO NOT service Uniden Scanners, or Robic
watches. Please contact the appropriate
manufacture.
Return Policy
If you have a return you must first contact a
Trackside communication specialists. A return
authorization number must be given prior to any
returns. All returns must be complete & in
original packaging and in new condition. No
returns are allowed after 10 days from receipt
of your order. All returns are subject to a 20%
restocking fee. Custom orders & custom ordered
parts are non-refundable. Shipping charges are
non-refundable. Earphones, Batteries, Helmet
harnesses, Boom mics are not refundable.
Scanners will be charged a $65.00 rental fee.
Warranty Information
All products manufactured by Trackside
Communication inc, come with a one year
warranty. All of the radios that we sell will
carry the standard warranty provided by the
appropriate manufacture. For additional warranty

ALL TWO WAY RADIOS REQUIRE A LICENSE BY THE F.C.C. TO OPERATE. THIS IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER / END USER. IN ACCORDANCE WITH F.C.C. RULE 47 C.F.R. § 90.427 (b) NO PERSON SHALL PROGRAM INTO A TRANSMITTER ANY FREQUENCIES FOR WHICH THE LICENSEE USING THE TRANSMITTER IS NOT AUTHORIZED. TEMPORARY FREQUENCIES ARE AVAILABLE FOR LEASE BY TRACKSIDE COMMUNICATIONS INC. APPLICATIONS TO APPLY FOR A F.C.C. FREQUENCY LICENCE ARE AVAILABLE BY CONTACTING TRACKSIDE COMMUNICATIONS INC.
